In-Kind Donations That Make a Difference

Each quarter, Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena updates a "Wish List" of supplies, materials, and other items that are needed for our Club programs and general operating needs. Your donation of in-kind products is greatly appreciated and helps us to ensure the highest level of programming for our members. 

Donated items can be dropped off at either of our locations Monday through Friday, generally between 9 and 5 pm. However, please arrange a time to deliver your donation by calling  (626) 449-9100 or sending us an email. To best support our mission and ensure the safety of our Club members, items that do not appear on this list may not be accepted.

• Art Supplies: Crayons, Colored Pencils, Markers, Construction Paper, Butcher Paper (variety of colors), Canvases, Sketch Pads, Tissue Paper
• Activity Items: Coloring Books, Legos, Word Search Books, Art/Science/Math-related Toys & Games
• Homework Supplies: Personal Dry Erase Whiteboards, Pencils, Pens, Erasers, White-Out, Lined Paper
• Health & Wellness Supplies: Band-Aids, Tissues, Ice Packs (single use), Sanitizing Wipes and Bottles, Water Bottles
• Small Equipment: Electric Pencil Sharpener, iPads, Kids' Headphones
• Office Supplies: AA & AAA Batteries, Sticky Notes, Scotch/Clear Tape, Staples, Sharpies, Dry Erase Markers, Index Cards, Printer/Copy Paper, Cardstock Paper, Lettering & Numbers for Boards
• Facilities Items: Brooms, Dust Pans, Duct Tape, Painters Tape
• Kitchen Supplies: Paper Plates, Napkins, Plastic Serving Trays, Small Serving Tongs, Cups (paper preferred), Ziplock Bags, Black Table Clothes (for 6-foot tables)
• Gift Cards: Grocery stores, Target, Starbucks
