For 88 years, the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena has been a trusted leader in youth development, welcoming children and youth from all backgrounds and family circumstances. Our mission is to provide affordable after-school care and programs that help kids, ages 4 to 18, grow into productive, caring, and responsible citizens. Delivering on the BGCA evidence-based Formula for Impact, the Club offers safe, fun spaces that are available year-round, giving youth the support they need to succeed through activities in academics, health, and leadership development.
Joining the Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena is easy and open to all youth looking for a safe, fun, and enriching after-school experience. Our rolling registration ensures that families can sign up anytime, with membership options that align with the school year and summer programming.
How to Register
- STEP 1: Learn About Our Locations & Fees – Keep scrolling to learn about our locations (including transportation options), which ages and schools they serve, and location-specific fees.
- STEP 2: Sign Up Online – Log into our registration system and complete our online registration form (linked below and throughout the page) to enroll your child at their preferred Club location.
- School Year Membership: Enrollment for the school year typically opens in July, at which point a non-refundable $60 fee is due upon enrollment. If you register at the beginning of the school year, your child is set to participate at your selected location for the entire school year!
- If you join later in the school year, your child will be enrolled in the current session (fall or spring). The non-refundable $60 enrollment fee is due upon registration.
- Summer Registration: All members and non-members must register separately for our summer's Camp Great Futures. A separate $60 enrollment fee is due for summer registration around May of each year.
- STEP 3: Finalize Payment – Once registered, a staff member will contact you to discuss payment and set up a credit card on file. Financial aid is always available.

FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR.
ALL REGISTRATIONS FOR OCS WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITLIST. (AS OF 07/28)
Membership Fees & Financial Assistance
There are two types of fees charged to members of the Club:
- Enrollment fees of $60 are due upon registration at the start of the school year (or upon registration if starting mid-year) and again upon registration for summer camp.
- Program fees are $220 per month; $300 per month for TKers
A 25% off Sibling Discount is available for families enrolling multiple children.
All teens 13 and up attend the Club for free, with no enrollment fee or program fee needed.
No Child or Family Is Turned Away
Financial aid is available because we believe every child deserves a safe, supportive place to grow — regardless of financial circumstances. If the cost of membership is a concern, please reach out. No child or family will ever be turned away due to finances. We are committed to ensuring that every young person has access to the life-changing programs and opportunities at the Club.
