  • How will you be operating under Covid-19 restrictions?

    It’s still too early to tell, but we are anticipating following basic protocols (temperatures upon arrival, masks, cleaning, etc.), and continuing with the Club’s normal kids to staff ratios which are approximately 20-25 kids to 1-2 staff members as kids rotate around the Clubhouse to a variety of activities.

  • Is there a cap in the number of kids you will register this Summer?

    Not at this time. We have staff and space capacity to include up to approximately 200+ kids at each Clubhouse.

  • Are there required drop-off and pick-up times like last Summer?

    No. You can drop-off and pick-up your children at any time during our operating hours.

  • We just paid the annual Enrollment Fee in August; why do we have to pay it again?

    Our normal time to collect the annual Enrollment Fee is in the late Spring as we register kids for Summer Session. The Enrollment Fee will be due on May 1, and it will cover the Summer Session, Sleepaway Camp (if you participate in that), and the entire next school year.

  • How do I access financial aid for Summer Session?

    In the registration materials you will fill out online, there will be a box to check about financial aid, and a staff person will then reach out to you to make arrangements.

  • What ages of kids do you take for the Summer Session?

    All kids ages 6 – 18.
