Mike Comer, founder and CEO of Wound Care Advantage in Sierra Madre, will speak to our Mackenzie-Scott and Slavik teens about future careers during a visit on November 7 at 4:30 p.m. Wound Care Advantage is a wound center management and consulting firm that specializes in developing, transitioning, and revitalizing wound care programs, and assists hospitals across the country in running successful wound care programs.
Mike has been involved with outpatient wound care and hyperbaric programs for nearly 20 years. He began his career as a Commercial Diver Medic, which sparked his interest in wound healing and hyperbaric medicine. He later co-founded and developed many wound care and hyperbaric projects for Wound Care Advantage. He also serves as an advisor for several medical institutions across the country.
Wound Care Advantage will further assist the Boys & Girls Club through a holiday toy drive on Tuesday, November 26, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its Sierra Madre headquarters (304 W. Sierra Madre Blvd.)
