In recognition of National Heart Disease Awareness Month, several of our members along with President and CEO Rachel Estrada joined the ladies of Jazzercise for a little heart-pumping exercise one morning at the Club. A combination of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, and yoga, Jazzercise helps increase cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility. It’s also a great inspiration for Club members who participate in our Triple Play Program, which teaches them new ways to eat nutritionally, manage stress, maintain physical fitness, and form rewarding relationships with peers. Jazzercise demonstrates how our members can carry their healthy habits throughout their lives.
